On September 2nd, we successfully concluded our UGEL Empowered program, in collaboration with our strategic partner, Enseña Perú.

This program was designed to strengthen the productivity and management of personnel in Local Educational Management Units (UGEL), helping them optimize their time in administrative tasks and thus enhance their contribution to pedagogical issues.

Over three months, we addressed key topics such as time management in meetings and agreements, optimizing schedules for activities and events 📅, efficiency in pedagogical tasks, and the use and automation of tools for presenting results 📊, all with continuous support and monitoring from specialized facilitators.

Some of the results achieved by the 14 pedagogical specialists were:

✅ 100% of participants created specific products for their roles, including guides and productivity tools. 🚀 More than 70% of the specialists applied prioritization and time management techniques, significantly reducing time spent on administrative tasks.

UGEL Empowered is part of our comprehensive effort to improve pedagogical and administrative management in the provinces of Camaná, Caravelí, and Condesuyos, in the Arequipa region. We thank all participants for their dedication and commitment to #ContinuousImprovement.
