On August 8, as part of our new educational support program called Beca Fidamar, we had the pleasure of holding the scholarship award ceremony for three extraordinary young individuals: Sarai Maribel Qquenta Luján, Carlos Ricardo Ccerhuayo Cadenas, and Ana Gabriela Uscamayta Huamani, who have distinguished themselves through their effort, dedication, and talent in their respective communities.

At Fidamar, we firmly believe that access to quality education can lead us to become a better society. That is why, with the support of UGELs from #Camaná, #Caravelí, and #Condesuyos, and in partnership with #SENATI of Arequipa, we have launched this ongoing program that aims to propel young talents from the artisanal mining communities of our country toward a better future.

This program will not only provide them with access to a comprehensive technical education of high quality at SENATI, including a tablet and uniforms, but also the continuous support they will need over the next three years.

We know that the road won’t always be easy, but we are confident that with effort, perseverance, and the support of their families, our scholars will achieve their dreams.

Thank you to everyone who made the first edition of BECA FIDAMAR possible! Together, we are building a more promising future for these young people and their communities.
