With this conviction, at the end of July we launched UGEL Empowered 2026 at UGEL Condesuyos, in the city of Chuquibamba, thanks to our partnership with our strategic ally Enseña Perú, as part of the project “Promoting Transformative Education in the Arequipa Region.” 🤝📚

During this edition, 15 education managers will strengthen their capacities to lead more efficient and innovative management through the development of soft skills, digital tools, and artificial intelligence applied to educational management.

🚀 UGEL Empowered seeks to strengthen the organizational capacity of UGEL offices by optimizing time management and improving the processes used to support and monitor educational institutions. To achieve this, the program combines assessment, in-person and virtual workshops, personalized mentoring, and continuous evaluation, promoting sustainable improvements in educational management.

This model has already demonstrated positive results in the UGEL offices of Caravelí (2024) and Camaná (2025), directly contributing to the development of 33 education leaders and indirectly benefiting another 85.
