In many mining areas of Peru, thousands of women known as #pallaqueras work every day manually selecting the rocks that others discard, searching for the last traces of minerals. Their effort sustains many families, but it also reflects a reality marked by inequality, occupational risks, and social invisibility.

💪 At #FIDAMAR, we reaffirm our commitment to the pallaquera women. Since May, we have been promoting the project “Growing Together” in the community of Huanca (Ayacucho) to strengthen their emotional well-being and holistic development.
