✨ We’re kicking off a new edition of “¡Qué Maestro!” in partnership with Enseña Perú ✨
We are thrilled to share that, for the second consecutive year, we have launched the “¡Qué Maestro!” program, an initiative that supports the training of teachers in rural areas within artisanal mining communities. 🏫⛏️
In this 2025 edition, nine teachers from the town of Secocha (Arequipa) and one educational specialist from UGEL Camaná traveled to Lima to participate in the ENFOCO workshop (Training and Connection Meeting), where they shared experiences and learnings with nearly 200 colleagues from all over Peru, creating a space of inspiration and community that marks the beginning of a transformative experience. 🚀
Over the course of nearly nine months, we will work closely with the teachers to strengthen their pedagogical and socio-emotional skills, developing educational innovation projects that will positively impact their students. 🌱📚
